Service

AuraStudy is an AI-assisted learning companion for study planning, focus tracking, topic explanation, quizzes, file analysis, realtime voice, and audio summaries. AuraStudy does not replace official educational advice and does not guarantee academic results.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping your device and account access secure. You must use AuraStudy in compliance with applicable law and App Store requirements.

Subscriptions and Billing

Plus and Pro are auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. The exact price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings and restore eligible purchases inside AuraStudy. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

User Content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You must have permission to use uploaded material and must not submit another person's confidential data, unauthorized copyrighted material, unlawful requests, or content intended to harm people or systems.

AI Features and Output

AI features are optional and require the permission described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important academic, official, safety-related, or source-dependent information independently.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, interfere with security, automate abusive traffic, attempt unauthorized access, or use AuraStudy to create illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.

Availability and Changes

Features depend on internet connectivity and service providers. AuraStudy may change, limit, suspend, or remove features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service quality.

Termination

You can stop using AuraStudy at any time and can request account deletion in Settings. Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to address abuse, legal requirements, security risks, or a material violation of these terms.
